English Transcript:

What is accountability? It is a system where we can be held responsible for our actions.

Is this system something we should be concerned with? I would argue that the answer is no.

Those days, we can see many companies establishing systems that monitor how they operate as an entity. To that end, RID should be no different in establishing the same systems. This will help us take a close look at how we as an organization operate. Having a data-driven culture is increasingly becoming crucial. Many companies utilize data to assist them to internally evaluate the effectiveness of their decision-making.

This begs the question whether we are most effectively serving our own community.

After all, if we are, it will lead to positive relationships between the membership and RID.

I have many ideas about which tools RID can use to help monitor its progress as an organization. RID would be able to identify which areas are successful and unsuccessful

With this data, the Board of Directors can establish objectives that can be evaluated and measured.

Accountability is a vital tool to be used for RID and its members.
